Gilles Maudry is the proprietor of Domaine de Maltaverne. For three generations, the Maudry family has been based in an authentic 19th-century farmhouse in Tracy-sur-Loire. Along with his father, Matthieu, they produce classically-styled Pouilly-Fumés with their unique smoky flint natures. It is only by the aromatic Sauvignon Blanc and the Kimmeridgian soils that Pouilly-Fumé is born.
