ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Cyril Testut is one of the top winemakers in Chablis. The Testut famuly have 13 hectares of vineyards (previously owned by Cistercian agronomist monks) located in the historic heart of Chablis. The vineyard sites are located atop of the famous Kimmeridgian soil that yields precise Chardonnays loaded with legendary minerality and acidity.
