Domaine Girard

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Domaine Girard is a family estate located between two rivers (Sèvre & Maine), in the heart of the Muscadet area, Rebourgère. What started as a small family farm with some cattle, cereal crops, and vines evolved into a winery in the 1970s under Gaston Girard. Patrick Girard (3rd generation) took over from his father in 1991 and in 2013 his son, Guillaume (4th generation), joined him. Today, the estate is 38 hectares and they practice reasoned cultivation.
