ABOUT THE REGION
Ribera del Duero is a prestigious Spanish Denomination of Origin (DO), established in 1982, located in Castile and León, encompassing parts of Burgos, Valladolid, Soria, and Segovia along the Duero River. It is characterized by its high-quality red wines, primarily made from Tempranillo grapes, grown at high altitudes in an extreme continental climate, resulting in structured, elegant wines with excellent aging potential.
