Denis, a sixth generation winemaker, and his wife Dominique settled in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs. The are a “Grower Champagne” because they grow their own fruit and make their own wines.
Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau
As a fifth generation winemaker, Stéphane Vigneau-Chevreau took his family vineyards biodynamic in 1995, and restored the historic “Clos de Rougemont” vineyard in Vouvray’s Abbey of Marmoutier
